It will work for both just note this is a low rise (8 3/4in) bottom and skimpy strap top. See measurements below. Color: Solid black with Penguin Embroidery on top cups and bottom ruffle. There is a contrast print pipping on the inside of top, no visible from outside. Size: Guessing size 4/6. Bottom more of a size 6, top more of a size 4 cup C or smaller.
