NWOT!!! This A Byer black cocktail dress does not stand alone. I spiced it up with these red fishnet stockings in an xs/s. It has a beautiful cutout cloud shape design at the sleeves area. DETAILS PEOPLE, DETAILS! Wear to a cocktail party with some classy, large, blinged out earrings. Would also work well for a funeral...because you never know when somebodys time is up. The dress says size S on the tag but from my experience it fits like an XS. All measurements are done on one side, flat across. Chest: 14 - 16 inches (from stretch) Length: 32 & 1/2 inches. The stockings are size XS/S and by H&M. The stockings are brand new! Never opened. Why? Because black screams, "I need better company."
