NWOT Woman Within High low Dress

This is for a NWOT Woman Within High low Dress. The size is 14W. I purchased this from an online retail site, so it did not have tags attached. I have tried it on, but did not like the length on me. The bust measurement flat is approximately 21 inches. The waist measurement flat is approximately 20 inches. The front length is approximately 42 inches and the back length is approximately 49 inches as shown in the picture.
