NWOT White Viscose Tiered Tunic with Tassels

Perfect top for casual all White Party or vacation anywhere!! The tiered cut is very spacious and forgiving and the bell sleeves have tassels on it too. Super soft and flowy. 🤍🤍🤍 the neck is elastic and can be worn off shoulder. No flaws, never worn, but I washed it so its wrinkly but clean as a whistle
