NWOT White Ruffle Cropped Top

Never worn white cropped shirt with 3/4 puffy sleeves with elastic at the bottom of the sleeves. Top has a slight shimmer to it. Some elastic running horizontal throughout the top to give it more of a fitted look. Some lace trim too adds a cute detail. Super cute for going out and can be dressed up or down! Falls at about belly button on me. Can be worn off shoulder or regularly. Very flattering! Got it from a local boutique. Measurements in pics
