NWOT - White House Black Market Black Peplum Windbreaker - L

Really unique jacket from WHBM - the fabric has a thick sheen almost like a rain coat but I’m classifying as a windbreaker as I’m not positive about being waterproof. Amazing peplum and pleating details. Very flattering cut. Pockets and a high collar that can be worn up or down and is adjustable. FITTED. Pleated detail on the sleeve hem. Never worn.
