The crochet lace is 100% cotton. No stretch. Machine wash cold with like colors. I don’t see any size tags at all but judging from the measurements I’d say this is a women’s 1X. This is only a guess so please review photos with measurements and compare with a blouse that fits you well. This is a light/sheer top perfect for a boho summer as it’s very 1970’s inspired.
