NWOT WHBM Soft Printed Shirt Dress

Beautiful black dress with bell sleeves and a tie waist. I bought this NWT like two years ago on here. I was so excited about it that I tore off the tags as soon as I got to me only to find that it didn’t fit me 😭 I can’t find the tags but the dress has never been worn, only tried on.
