weaziescloset No belt loop. The waist is seamed and there is a side pocket on each side at waist. If you tried to wear a belt, it would bunch up the waistline. The seamed waistline is 17". The bust measurement is 19 3/4" laying flat. I took a picture of bust measurement but since it is night time it isn't the best picture.

lauren_flick how long are the legs...im 5'4"...would it be like high water or ankle or longer?

weaziescloset I measured it from waist down to bottom of hem & it is 35". I am not quite 5' 5"". I held it up to me & it is ankle length. It would probably fall below the ankle on you. If you have a tape measure, that would give you a better idea about the length.
