hannahnhi @thelizzieb it is hard to measure/provide exact since it’s elasticated (though elastic is fitted more than typical elastic waists) BUT per Vera Moda skirt size guide on website for XL the measurement for waist size is 34inches approximately and 43in for hip. This skirt runs more fitted than size 34 due to the thick waistband gripping BUT it has worked for when I was a size large and an xl. It has give. Does that help??
