NWOT Vera Bradley Harry Potter Bag

Please know that this item was sold to me by the last owner as brand new but technically DEFECTIVE. It has very light white impressions throughout the body and I am unsure as to how to get them out or if they will come out. I hardly see them but please check out the pictures to see how you feel before purchase. This is a Vera tote, so it is a medium bag that can carry a lot. The material is a velvety corduroy. This particular Harry Potter pattern is retired and no longer available to purchase from Vera Bradley. The item still functions as a bag, just has those spots throughout. Again, this item was sold to me as DEFECTIVE so please look at all the pictures. Never used. I think it’s gorgeous but I need to destash so I have to sell it.
