NWOT Velvet dress by Spencer and Graham

The stress can be worn anytime of the year. In the summer dress it up with heels it's nice and lightweight in the winter where it was some cool boots. it can be cutely cinched with a drawstring tie at the waist. Colors in the dress are beige dark blue lighter teal blue and brown. not new with tags but never been worn.
