Incredible quality VETTA dress with a perfect resort/vacation design in a linen/tencel blend. Convertible with the straps or without! NWOT in SIZE SMALL- some complaints are this dress ran small in the bust, and as I’m a DD, it very unfortunately didn’t work for me. Listing as XS/S for that reason.
