Brand NEW without Tags Never worn The Brand, Size and material tags have all been cut out, but I know that it is brand new, because of the deep vibrant color of the black color in the fabric, the crisp new feeling to the dress, and the packing stitch that is still in the slit at the back. Feels like cotton and spandex to me, aside from the Tulle and Ribbon cutout design detail atthe chest panel. Sleeveless Fully Lined Like I said, slit at bottom on back. Very sexy dress, I tried it on. I am a size 6 and it is just slightly to big for me, so it's probably an 8 or a small size 10. But I've included measurements in the last photo. Gorgeous Dress, so soft, elegant, yet comfortable at the same time. Slimming darts sewn into waist at front and back, make a very tailored, fitted look, but still flattering.
