NWOT tulle brand short skater skirt w/ graphic design. Skirt is Navy blue w/ arched designs in colors white, tan & red. Bronze snap buttons. Back zipper. Has 2 front pockets w/ bronze snap button & 2 side deep pockets. Super young & cute skirt. Soft to touch. Removed tags but never got to use. Still has plastic holder where tags were. Size tag says XL but fits like a much bigger Medium/ Smaller Large. Has No stretch, But skirt does flare out. Approximate Measurements: Waist 30" Length 18".
