No signs of wear and lace is "stiff", signaling it may be new. Sweet yellow flower, leaf and blue & pink ribbon print on a white vertical texture-striped fabric. Sheer fabric, will need a slip! Lace at square neckline, waist (front) and sleeves. Hidden back zipper closure. Tag indicates size as: 9/10, which I interpret into a size medium (vintage).
