NWOT! Summer-y feminine polka dot dress

Another fabulous Target/designer collaboration! Delightfully charming puff sleeve wrap dress is framed with a ruffle, has a lined skirt, and wide elastic at the bottom of 3/4 sleeves. Polka dots are orange-red. Lightweight fabric (see photo for material details/washing instructions.) Near-perfect condition. Labeled "medium" but runs small. Questions?
