NWOT Silky Floral Cream Tie Waist Maxi Dress

This is a NWOT floral cream colored maxi dress with a tie waist belt. It is a flowy dress with cross spaghetti straps. This is in excellent condition, HOWEVER, there are a few pulled threads on the waist belt (see photo) that were already there when I purchased. Please let me know if you have any questions! Thank you!
