New without tag condition- Never worn outside of store. Calling them NEW without tag because part of the tag is missing. Quilted nylon top, waterproof rubber bottom, blue Sperry duck boots with leather laces and trim in rare half size of 9.5. The blue looks more like a dark steel blue to me, not quite a royal blue and not as dark as navy blue. Last photo taken outside.
