Never worn without tags seek the label dress from LF Stores. Seek the label is one of my favorite brands that LF used to carry. Mesh overlay with white lining. It’s pretty short for me (i’m 5’7”) so I’d recommend for someone shorter! It has red and black stripes on the side. I see it being perfect for a day drink or to wear to a game for a school with those colors. Perfect condition minus the loose thread as pictured in the last photo. I can likely cut it off and then there’d be no issue.
