Beautiful floral-like ruffling on front, thin cotton back. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Hand wash. Very cute and comfy, but never worn because it's too short for my liking. (I'm 5'10" so if you're tall it may almost fit like a crop top. If you're shorter it should be fine.) New condition.
