sylphjr @nkamcgowan Hi there, I would say it runs more like a 2 than a 4 personally. Measured along the back, the bust is 32" and waist is 24", though the material does have some stretch (the waist stretches to about 30", to give you an idea). Please let me know if you'd like any other measurements.
