NWOT Red and Black Dress (1950's style)

NWOT Red and black vintage style 1950's dress. This has never been worn, purchased it from Amazon, doesn't have brand on tag. Top portion of dress is red with black trim around arms and around neck. The neck also has two buttons on collar. In my opinion the dress runs a little small. It has XL on tag, but please review the measured lengths below.
