NWOT Polka dot midi dress with tie size 4

Brand new, never worn, without tags. Bought at a boutique in Rome, Italy last winter and never wore. Great spring/summer dress. No tags, but I’m a true size four, 5’8” and it fits perfectly, hits below the knee.
