NWOT Plus Size Polka Dot Dress

This is a plus size polka dot dress. The waist has elastic/a bit of stretch. I tried to capture a picture of that. The back is sort of open. This would obviously be perfect for a Summer day. Very breezy and comfortable but adorable too. This has never been worn, it is pretty much new. Also, this has pockets. So cute and functional.
