All leather uppers, not sure what the sole is made from. Never worn. Strap is Velcro They are very comfortable (selling these as I have the same pair with a different design that I wear more) and are well made I’m hard on my shoes and most of my Pikolinos shoes last for 5+ years Color and pierced leather pattern is exactly like the screenshot in the last photo, but with a bit more of a heel
