NWOT Periwinkle Blue and White Floral Wrap Dress - flaw

Beautiful dark periwinkle blue and white floral wrap dress. True wrap dress. The threaded loop that hooks onto the modesty closure is broken. My sister LOVES LC Lauren Conrad clothing. But she is not a size XS currently. My guess is she bought it thinking she could make it work because it is a true wrap and it was too small for her so never worn. Works for a party as well as for the office.
