This handbag has the most adorable whimsical fabric! It has a gathered tie closure. The tie can be knotted or tied into a bow (as shown) and there is a pocket on the front and one on the back. There is a button detail on each pocket and at the bottom on each side. Inside there are four pockets to organize your valuables. This handbag is not “quilted” with the use of batting but has a patchwork look. There are no signs of this handbag ever being used. Possibly handmade. No tags. 3/23/BGO
