NWOT Old Navy Maroon Long Sleeve Jersey Dress Size Medium!

This is an Old Navy Maroon Long Sleeve Jersey Dress it is a Size Medium and has Long sleeves, this is a Midi Length Dress, and I am 5'1 and the dress hit just below my knee and is a Super comfy and soft dress and it is stretchy! I believe this dress was NWT and someone washed it with the tag still on it before I got it so now it is NWOT. There were all kinds of rolled-up white tag-looking pieces on the arm where the plastic piece is coming out of the arm.
