NWOT, Off shoulder dress, jean like with lace trim

New dress, can be worn off shoulder. The material is a soft cotton material. Has a mean look to it, with lace around the piece on top and bottom of dress. There are no tags on this! Don't know the designer, or who or where it was made. Never been worn. Like new.
