This is a brand new without tags nine west women’s size large tropical print dress. it is 97% cotton 3% spandex. It has a nice cotton feel, lightweight perfect for summer but not see-through. The top can be worn on or off the shoulders. It has lots of stretchy elastic. The bottom of the sleeves also have stretchy elastic. The dress ties with a pretty matching braided fabric Tie.
