NWOT Navy Bariano Sue Frill Gown

Reposhing this item I purchased from @katemccamy. It was listed as a size 6, but it definitely fits as a size 4. I love the quality and style, but I am a true size 6 and sadly it doesn’t fit me. It’s a deep navy blue one shoulder gown with a ruffle detail on the shoulder and a little but of stretch. Perfect for any black tie event or it would be a wonderful wedding guest dress.
