NWOT Nautical Stripe Cold Shoulder Top

Soft tee with navy and white nautical stripe and tie detail at shoulder. Material is comfy, and sleeves can be re-tied to loosen to tighten arm holes. I fell in love with this top online but never wore it out of the house; however, there is a small mark by the button closure at the back.
