NWOT Multi-Pattern Blouse

Very pretty and unique with mixed fabrics and interesting details. It's modern, but has a retro vibe I bought this at a local boutique prior to the pandemic for work, and then never wore it. One owner: me. Great for office to dinner. Perfect condition, no odors, no pets.
