NWOT Modcloth Medium Format Memory Tunic

NWOT super light grey tunic with yellow polka dots. Has a deep scoop neck, tie waist, dolphin hem. Blousy sheen. Runs a little large for me. This is a size Medium, but fit me like a size large. Measures 22" across pit to pit and about 31/32" long from shoulder to hem. No inside tag. Brand is Poema. 100% polyester. Fabric does not stretch.
