NWOT Modcloth "Dinner Mint Dress" by Eva Franco

Mint fit & flare chiffon silhouette with white sequin overlay at the skirt & across the bodice & back. Rounded neckline, cap sleeves, fully lined. Side zip & hook closure. New without tags & never worn. The zipper is fully functional but must be zipped up carefully since half of the zipper runs though the sequin portion (just something worth mentioning). Marked a size 8, but fits more like a 6 or 8 (please verify measurements for best fit). Bust: 17" Waist: 14.5" Length: 38" Smoke-free home.
