Beautiful black pleated skirt cocktail dress. Jersey top and satin pleated bottom. Sash waist band. Dress is pull on with no zipper and is lined in the bust only. Elastic spaghetti straps. Jersey fabric in the bust has a small amount of stretch. Underarm 16” Flat waist 14” Length 51” Dress is brand new and unworn, but has been kept on the sales floor and tried on in store.
