NWOT Matted Black Diploma Photo Frame 8”x10.5” Opening. This is brand new still in the plastic wrap. Came in a pack of 2 but I only needed one. Modern black matte frame with white mat inside. Perfect for framing a photo or a diploma. Can hang horizontally or vertically. Frame is 15.5”x 12.5” with inner mat opening being 8”x10.5”. Plastic wrap is ripped in some spots as shown but frame in brand new shame. Comes with hanging hardware.
