NWOT Main Street Exchange Athletic Skirt

Is silky and cool athletic skirt from the boutique the main street exchange. It has an elastic waist with a drawstring. The waist measures to be about 22 inches long with the length being 24 inches. It is new without tags never been worn has a polyester lining underneath. It says it’s a size 4X but I would say it fits more of 3X.
