NWOT Maidenform Bodymates no slip convertible bra

Maidenform Bodymates no slip convertible bra -new without tags, tried on but never worn -removable straps -underwire -padded, not push-up bra -no slip. There is what I believe to be a silicon strip along the top of the band to hold it in place when worn strapless. See photo -cups look like they have some piling/snags even though this is completely new. Not sure why. See photo. -nonsmoking home
