NWOT Lulus Charming Passion Navy Blue Floral Off-the-Shoulder Maxi Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Original seller listed this as new and it is but the tag inside was cut in half at the store. I have never worn but just tried on and it was a smidge too tight for me. So I am reselling for that purpose. For reference I am a size 14 but this just didnt zip up at top, as I am large busted as well. Questions? Leave a comment below!
