Brand new, never worn. Bought it and then remembered I don’t like prints that much. Womp womp. If it looks like it lays funny in the bust, it does on my mannequin because she isn’t very filled out up top. 😋 Size: medium A beautiful, sturdy royal blue fabric with black velvet print. Yes - this dress is TACTILE! Side zip. Fabric has some weight to it so don’t worry about pulling a Marilyn on a blustery day. Smoke/pet free closet.
