It is made from a stretchy velvet like material with ribbing throughout, a low-cut v neck cut, an attached collar design, and a button closure on the back of the neck. It is a women's size 18/20 and is true to size with good stretch. This top is great quality, and has no noticed flaws. It has only been tried on but never worn before. It would be gorgeous with a skirt, pants, or even layered under dresses/jumpsuits.
