NWOT Ladies black stretch fitted trousers

**These are a new sales sample product. However, the sample tag has been lost** read full description! New slim fit spandex/stretch black pull on slacks/trousers with elastic waist. Faux back pockets. Slim fit. Fitted. Unknown of exact material but it appears to be a cotton/poly/spandex blend. Thicker material/weight. No brand or size tag but came from a QVC/HSN pallet so would be one of those brands sold on their site. Based on measurements, it’s a S/M (probably a S based on QVC standard measurements). These are NOT leggings. Measurements: Waist: 15” flat Hips: 18” flat Inseam: 28” Bottom cuff: 6” Width at knee area: 8”
