Chic black dress by Kate Spade for Target. Perfect for elegant occasions. Fun and flirty! Adjustable spaghetti straps. Pit to pit is 42” before stretching but can easily fit up to 45” busts because of ruching in back - elastic. Length from boat to floor ( not including straps) is approximately 44”.
