I was told this was new without tags but have no way to verify that. It does not show any signs of wear. This is a popular brand sold through stitch fix. It has a navy blue background and a subtle polka dot print throughout. I do not see any flaws with the shirt. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. Armpit to armpit is about 22.75 inches and pulls to a max of about 24 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on and make the buttons gap some. Length from armpit to hem is about 18 inches. Length from the top of the shoulder to the hem is about 32 inches.
