I was told this was new without tags but have no way to verify that. It does not show any signs of wear. This is a popular brand sold through stitch fix. It has a navy blue background and a subtle polka dot print throughout. I do not see any flaws with the shirt. Besides, the bag it came in is ripped. This does not affect the shirt itself. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. I can not provide measurements of the shirt because it is still new in the package and folded as you would find in a store setting.
