NWOT Joie Navy & Cream Polyester Dress w/ Cap Sleeves Sz‎ Small

THis is an adorable dress from Joie. It does have a tag, but it isn't the UPC tag so I have listed it as NWOT. It is navy blue and cream and it has a cute twisted style ruffle at the waist. The measurement I have included in the photos is for the length fof the skirt from the waist down. It has cute rolled cap sleeves. There is no tag that shows material,b ut it's a lightweight polyester I believe. Size: Womens Small
