New without tags: JM Fleurette open front drape cardigan is super soft, comfortable, breathable, and is the perfect piece to wear to work or for a night out! The bottom portion of both sides of the sleeves are ruched. Material is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. Color is a beautiful deep blue. MEASUREMENTS: 1. Measurements were taken with the article of clothing laying on a flat surface. 2. Measurements were made with a soft, retractable measuring tape and calculated to the best of my physical ability.
