NWOT INC dark green skirted belted wool coat xxs

This coat is brand new and has never been worn, but a family member took it to the dry cleaners by mistake and they cut the tags off. Beautiful deep bottle green color and warm/heavy fabric, w/gold zippers on the pockets. I wanted so badly for this coat to work, but it's just too long for me!
